I thought up a form of Fan Fiction about this.

The Fourth Doctor and The Sixth Doctor are flying through The Time Vortex and accidentally crash and fuse to become The 4/6 Doctor played by Harpo Marx.

The 4/6 Doctor has 6's hair, 4's kind of clothes but in a combination similar to 6's suit, and 4's manic energy and humor.

The 4/6 Doctor can't talk but can still communicate in gestures, expressions, and sound effects like slide whistles and honk horns.

The 4/6 Doctor is more of a child friendly Doctor facing monsters that live in closets or under the bed and who don't like to share.

In the end The 4/6 Doctor realizes that he is actually two of his incarnations fused together and his existence is tearing reality apart, so to make things right he "sacrifices himself" to UN-Fuse his incarnations and Re-Become Doctor's 4 and 6 who repair the tear in reality and go about there way.

Harpo does have the never-ending pockets, too. In one of the movies, he pulls a sideways cup of coffee out of his sock--and it's still piping hot, and hasn't spilled a drop. The man must have SOME kind of system in there . . .
